He was able to diagnose the problem and explained the exact problem and what needed to be done to get it resolved. After repairing our issue, he took some extra time to check the rest of our heating/cooling system to make sure everything else was ok.

Shaun first checked that the valve for the suspect zone worked and then bled that line and several radiators to get the heat flowing again.
